Personal site, not a portfolio deck
I like building things — professionally and otherwise.
Construction management during the day. Trucks, PCs, and Mexican food most other days. This is where I keep track of all three, plus wherever I end up traveling.
Career
I manage construction and facilities projects for K–12 school districts across the Bay Area and Central Coast, including Cupertino Union School District, Milpitas Unified, Union School District, Millbrae Elementary, and Salinas City. Day to day, that means:
- Keeping project documentation organized across dozens of school sites
- Coordinating stakeholder communication between districts, vendors, and the project team
- Overseeing outside vendors on pavement and HVAC condition assessments
Hobbies
Jeep Build
A JLU Wrangler on 37-inch tires, currently riding on a 3.5-inch Fox suspension lift. Next up: a long-arm kit from MetalCloak, beadlock-capable wheels, and a 1-ton axle swap.
PC Building
Two machines, two different goals. A mini-ITX gaming build around a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT, built to be as small as possible without running hot — and a separate, work-only small-form-factor build on a Ryzen 9 9900X with no graphics card, where compact wins over everything else.
SxS Riding
A Can-Am Maverick X3, mostly for dune runs and trails around NorCal and southern Oregon. Slowly working through upgrades aimed at more speed and agility out there.
